I am rejecting this response because:
In both of my letters I have given testimony and evidence of all the wrong doing done by Norton Creek LLCand I feel that both letters received in response have only restated pieces of the lease and not actually defended their position. I've provided all the complaints I have with this business that I encountered within months, I'm asking that Norton Creek LLC take responsibility for their faults and return our $dollar security deposit.Regards,

Dear *** ***,Thank you for your assistance in this matterThis letter is in response to complaint ID *** filed by *** ***, which is the only complaint that Norton Creek, LLC has received via the Revdex.comWe are happy to cooperate, but do not agree with the tone, attacks, or version
of events in the complaint.*** *** *** was rented to *** *** *** from April 1, 2015-October 31, 2015, and was completely renovated prior to his arrival*** *** was not a party to the lease agreement, but stayed as a long-term guest, in technical violation of the lease, Norton Creek, LLC never sought to resolve that violation because *** *** started levying attacks and complaints even before *** *** moved inThe company has taken her complaints seriously, addressed thern promptly to the best of our ability, and been reasonable and fair in our dealings with her and with *** ***The current tenant is happy with the vanityWe don't own the road, but paid for emergency repairs before *** *** moved in and are working with the owner on additional, future repairsThe mold was caused by the clothes, not the house, which remains mold free.*** ***'s security deposit was $and his pet deposit was $The comparly sent hirn a letter about final charges and repairs, including his power bill, drywall repairs which were beyond wear and tear, repairs to two doors which were damaged, costs to haul away items and trash left behind, and those cleaning costs which were beyond the normWe have sent pictures of each damaged item to him as we have received them from our contractorThe total costs exceed the deposits by $91.40, but the company is not seeking reimbursement*** *** has not contacted the company about the security deposit or the repairs, and has not responded to phone calls, texts, emails, or the letter we sent.Norton Creek, LCC would appreciate it if you could ensure that the complaint and our response not be publicly posted on the Revdex.com website, because the accusations levied against the company are inaccurate, because the complaint itself includes personal attacks, because the complainant has never even been a customer of the company, and because our actual customer has neither complained nor responded to our attempts to discuss these matters.If you do need to post the complaint and response, please warn future landlords to expect a large number of complaints and attacks by *** ***, starting well before move in, and ending in formal actions such as complaints to the Revdex.com, Norton Creek, LLC would love to be in a position to do things like fund car repairs for people who are not our customers, who are not happy with roads which we do not own, but unfortunately we are notFuture landlords should understand *** ***' expectations before renting to her or allowing her to reside as a long term guestThank you for your assistance in this matter.Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:In both of my letters I have given testimony and evidence of all the wrong doing done by Norton Creek LLC. and I feel that both letters received in response have only restated pieces of the lease and not actually defended their position. 
I've provided all the complaints I have with this business that I encountered within 6 months, I'm asking that Norton Creek LLC take responsibility for their faults and return our $600 dollar security deposit.

Norton Creek, LLC is a new company, but it is not struggling for money. The security deposits are held in a separate savings account.[redacted] was our only legal tenant according to the lease agreement. Norton Creek has tried to contact him on the following occasions:
11/05 sent text
11/07 sent text asking [redacted] to contact us
11/9 sent email asking [redacted] to contact us
11/9 sent letter via mail
11/16 sent email explaining the non return of the security deposit 
11/17 sent text asking [redacted]to contact us
12/5 left voicemail mail asking [redacted]to contact us
Norton Creek has not heard from [redacted] about the use of the security deposit, except for a text on 11/6 about the moldy clothes, which was before we had provided him with the details of the repair costs and electric bill. Norton Creek, LLC is not sure what [redacted] is protesting, if anything. There was damage to the house and an electric bill that needed to be paid. Norton Creek is willing to discuss these matters with [redacted], but he has not responded to any of our messages. The house was completely restored and mold free before [redacted] moved in, was inspected after he moved out, and remains moid free. The moid on [redacted]' property was not caused by the house, and the lease includes specific provisions protecting Norton Creek LLC from fiability related to the property of [redacted] and his guests.Norton Creek, LCC would appreciate it if you could ensure that the complaint and our response not be posted on the Revdex.com website.
