rude and terrible customer serviceCalled to get new service to my home in Flagstaff and was put on holdAfter minutes I called back and was told that she would call me backAn hour and a half later I called back and was asked to be put on hold by the same receptionistI told her that I did not want to be put on hold and wasn't called back~
She told me to~ "Find another service then!" and hung up
rude and terrible customer service. Called to get new service to my home in Flagstaff and was put on hold. After 10 minutes I called back and was told that she would call me back. An hour and a half later I called back and was asked to be put on hold by the same receptionist. I told her that I did not want to be put on hold and wasn't called back~
She told me to~ "Find another service then!" and hung up.
