J&L had done some work for me on my in-ground pool They were professional and the work was done right I continue to use them to open and close my pool as well as any maintenance my pool may need I would highly recommend them

We have a large in-ground pool. We used J&L to replace our liner in the summer of 2014. The owner was rarely on sight after the first initial business transaction. The wrong size pool liner was purchased by the owner. This company took a "pick- ax" to our pool. Then refilled areas with some type of concrete for pools which left lumps on the floor of the pool. This was done to accommodate the wrong size liner. The pool is now more shallow than it originally was. J & L constantly left the area dirty and a mess, leaving their tools and garbage behind. They broke our pool light and never fixed it. Took the diving board apart and did not replace the board correctly, leaving an original part off. J& L replaced a skimmer and did a terrible job on the concrete leaving it uneven, a different color, and has no shut off lid. The Concreted area can cause injury. It took the whole summer to do this job and was never fully complete. By the end of the season we had a pool that was shallower than original. A liner that was wrinkled and did not fit the pool size with too much loose material. Also, the liner was not installed correctly. It looks crooked, or not level around the rim and doesn't line up with the design. We had to call in another pool company to complete the job. We will have to pay out of pocket for a new pool light, liner and correct skimmer type. J&L then began sending us billing statements for the remainder of the balance in the summer of 2015.
