I’ve reviewed the complaint and researched the complaint of the tile needing work. The only complaint we have on file was called in on 7/1/15. Our maintenance supervisor looked at the tile on Monday and scheduled for it to be repaired by an outside contractor for today (7/8/15).
As for his complaints he has called multiple times regarding this issue I find to be as there is no record for this issue in his file. We have only a few tickets for his apartment. Two for window issues, one for no heat, and the final one for the tile work If the resident has an issue that he feels isn’t getting resolved he needs to come to the office or call and speak with management. This resident has not done either. The problem will be repaired accordingly I apologize for late response. I was on vacation last week. Sincerely, Janet K*** Property Manager Carlton Apartments
