Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The reason that I rejected Simons Roofing response is because when he finally called me about the complaint with the Revdex.com, he gave me the same response as he has given for over a year.He, ( [redacted] ***s), said they were very busy with business caused by damage from hurricanes and hail stormsAnd that they would be coming to finish the job within weeks Same story I've heard at least times, minus the "hurricane."Once the job is completed, I will be happy to say that the issue has been rectified[redacted]

I spoke to the consumer yesterday and we are working this out
