I was given cold food after waiting in drive thru for nearly minutes to get my food that was preordered and ready when I arrivedThe manager robert and other employees there passed my debit card around like a hot potato while letting my food sit in tge window to get coldI call to make a complaint and was immediately put on hold for plus minutesThen I began to explain my problem to Robert and he hung up on me...after saying he could only refund my meal he would not remake it and if I still wanted that meal I would have to come in at another dateMind you his lobby still had hours till it closedI am highly upset and the fact the meal was cold meant I could not serve it to my child let alone anyone with comman sense
