Feb 2017~~These people are CROOKS! Spoke with *** about a repair on radiant heating unitAsked him how much it would beHe told me "about" $I told him to do itWhen I received the bill it was for $1782, almost times as much as the quoteSpoke with people in the office, including *** who gave me the quote and the owner of the companyThey are now claiming that the quote was JUST for the parts! Never, ever, ever did they say that $as just for the parts, and why on earth would you not tell a customer if they were going to run up almost $in labor? Owner, *** ***, called me a scammer and told me I had no ethics! I have used them before and never had an issue, but clearly they are into screwing customersI offered to (and did) pay them $750, which is 50% MORE than what I was quoted and the owner says he is going to take me to court! Good luck with thatSTAY AWAY!!!! Aug 2017~~Now they are threatening to send my bill to a collection agency! CROOKS
Great family own business, they left my home very clean when they were finished with there work, I can now say me and my family are warm and not left out in the coldI would like to give a big thank you to Todd Tracht and his team
I had problems with my yr old Lennox Pulse furnace so I called Norwalk Heating to come take a lookI had a Cracked heat exchanger and furnace needed replacedI got rapid response to my initial call and the office worked with me to get a top of the line Lennox The whole organization has been more than nice and fair with me The office people were great and helped me with incredible financing options The furnace was installed days later by an army of dedicated installers hours later I was enjoying heat again The owner of the company visited the work site a couple times to make sure everything was going smoothlyI had an overwhelming feeling that the whole crew wanted me to be happy and satisfied I'm glad I went with Norwalk Heating and trust them to be there for me in the future when needed

We have done business with Norwalk Heating multiple times for our business and for our home I also had them do some work for my dad The employees have always been easy to work with, polite and took pride in their work Keep up the good work
