Review: I purchased a mattress and box spring on june 20th and picked up on the 21st. An hour after I got the mattress home I realized I did not need the box spring. I called the store to see if I could return that part.the salesman informed me that they usually do not accept returns, but said to call the salesman that sold me the set. I called the next day and the salesman I delt with said I could return it so I took it in tuesday. It has been over 4 weeks now and everytime I call in to check on the return I just get the run around. I finally got customer service number and they said they received the refund request yesterday. They said the request would be processed by end of day today. Its 5:15 and is still not credited to my account.Desired Settlement: Basically I was looking for my money back but since it was on my credit card I would want my refund plus interest. Th ere is no way a refund should take a month to process.
