I'm not asking for compensation for time or stress, I'm asking for compensation for the flights and hotels I had to purchase because of the hour delay and cancellation

To whom it may concern, We appreciate that our response is not what *** *** is seeking. According both the current legislation and our General Conditions of Carriage (which needs to be accepted in order to complete a booking), two separate bookings are considered as two separate an independent contractsIf the passenger has filled the requirements of leaving at least minutes between the flights, we will do our best to assist the passenger in case of delays and cancellationsIf less than minutes between bookings, or one of the bookings are made with other airlines or modes of transport, our liability is limited.As previously explained to *** ***, we apologise if she has been misinformed on any stage regarding connecting flights and online cheservicesOnline cheis available at most airport, mot unfortunately not all of them. At this time, I have been contacted directly by Norwegian Air regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Norwegian refused to reimburse even 50% of my lost expenses until I informed them that I would be filing a suit
against the companyTwo weeks later they finally responded and stated that they would reimburse 100% of the expenses but they have not made good on that promise yet

cancellation of their flight on [redacted] August. Thereafter, I was forced to file a complaint with Revdex.com. I am still very upset with this kind of behavior by this airline. They are simply looking at their own profit and causing lot of pain and inconvenience to customer by causing disruption in services at their will. They should be held fully responsible for such act of delays and cancellation.Sincerely,
