I ordered flowers for my wedding and specifically asked for seven different bouquets. The day before the wedding, I went to pick up the bouquets and they were identical (with the exception of the bridal bouquet being slightly larger). The lady said she was sorry, it was her fault, and there was nothing she could or would do. No discount, wouldn't fix them, nothing. She refused to make this right. After the ceremony the next day, the flowers were completely wilted and falling apart. It was a terrible experience on a day that should have been perfect.
