As per our phone conversation few minutes ago, Open Road Acura of East Brunswick has agreed to write us a check for $to cover our damages and thus our complaint has been resolved

I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have...

determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This
afternoon I returned a call from Mr. Bill G[redacted] at Aquia Stafford Area Plumbing.  During this conversation, I expressed my
concern with the notes from the Revdex.com which indicate that Mr. [redacted] had, “no
record of the customer’s issues,” considering I had discussed this topic with
Mr. [redacted] on two previous occasions with no resolution.  Mr. [redacted] responded that he considers this
issue a, “gray area.”  Moreover, he went
on to say that he does not accept any responsibility for this issue.  During our conversation, he contradicted
himself by emphatically indicating that they did test the system during the
initial repair; however, shortly thereafter he indicated that it is customary
for them not to charge and test the system in cold weather conditions.  He then asked me what I wanted.  I explained the desired settlement that I
outlined in my complaint to the Revdex.com.  Mr.
[redacted] indicated that he would be willing to reimburse me for the cost of the
second call out, under the condition that I withdraw my complaint with the
Revdex.com.  I explained to Mr. [redacted] that I
would not withdraw my complaint, but I would consider the matter closed upon
reimbursement.  I further explained to Mr.
[redacted] that I would respond to the Revdex.com indicating that he was willing to
reimburse me contingent upon me withdrawing my complaint.  With that, Mr. [redacted] asked me if I, “was
beaten as a child.”  He went on to say
that he has no use for the Revdex.com.  After these comments, I was no longer hopeful
that we could resolve this issue without the aid of the Revdex.com.  Shortly thereafter, Mr. [redacted] and I exchanged
amicable parting remarks and we disconnected.

Sharon B[redacted] <sb[redacted]@snowappliance.com>Oct 6 (6 days ago)to me Hi [redacted],I am responding again to complaint #[redacted].  I don't know what else that I can say in regards to this complaint.  We tried to send somebody out to take care of this for her and she refused.  There was no mention of damage to the glass block window when she initially contacted me.  I don't feel that it is fair for her to do repairs without ever letting our supervisor come to the home or ever giving us a chance to see or take care of things and then sending me a bill that I did not agree to or know anything about.  However, we will split the amount of $240 and send her $120 as a good will gesture.  Please get back to me to let me know if I should proceed.Thank you,SharonSharon B[redacted]Sales ManagerSnow Bros. placed, item was received and held until customer pick up on March 30, 2017. At that time another salesperson on staff helped [redacted] and very clearly recalls giving the customer both pieces on his invoice and having him sign the paper work accordingly, which I have attached for reference. We then did not hear from the customer until May 12, 2017 which was 6 weeks later after pick up. Taking into consideration that mistakes happen and even though we had all the paperwork proving receipt of the items we agreed to split the cost with the customer. On May 25, 2017 the customer returned to pick up the new recirculating kit and willingly paid the $27.00 plus tax. Please see also attached email communication between our salesperson and Mr, Hill. Complaint # [redacted]In response to the complaint lodged against me by Ms. [redacted], I was hired to remove and Install a bathrooom fan. This job was completed in August 2015. I did not hear of any complaints about this job until January 2016- that's five months later. Ms. [redacted] did not call me when...

she had an Issue with the fan she called a HVAC man.The customer paid $559.00 for this job. That included all the materials- including the exhaust fan and the flex pipe venting, it also Included the labor. It took me several hours to do. I had to take out the old fan and retrofit the new fan into the place the old fan was. This was no easy task. The old fan left a large hole in ceiling, so I had to get a large fan to take up the space and make It look right, After taking down the old fan I had to take measurements and go out to find a new fan that would fit into the large space. I was working in an attic crawl space in the August heat.These bathroom exhaust fans are sold to use flex pipe as an option to vent. PLEASE NOTE: Ms. [redacted] did not pay the price that a hard pipe vent would have cost, it would have been alot more money. I have done hundreds of these fans over the 20 years I have been in business, and this is the very first complaint I have had lodged against me with the Revdex.com,l‘m sorry this didn't work out but Ms, [redacted] did not pay for hard pipe venting, If she wants to do It in hard pipe she will need to hire a HVAC person, not an electrician. I do not install haard pipe. Ms. [redacted] was not overcharged. She was well aware she was getting flexable hose because that is the only thing I install and I did go over that with her. Sharon B[redacted] <sb[redacted]@snowappliance.com>2:44 PM (19 hours ago)to me Hi [redacted],We delivered a dryer to [redacted] on 8/19/16.  We provided for her, at no charge, a 6 foot dryer vent kit which is standard length in the industry.  The way her laundry room is set up, the...

dryer is located further away from the exhausting point than normal so the kit was not long enough.  Our drivers then had to use her existing vent instead.  They took the existing vent off her old dryer and attached it to the new dryer, they would not have had to touch the window. This vent is something that is part of her house.  I then received a call from Ms. [redacted] that the vent had come detached after the drivers had left.  I offered to send our delivery supervisor back out to reattach at no charge as quickly as we could get him there.  She was not happy with this and declined.  I offered to come back and pick up the dryer and give her a full refund.  We had it on our schedule to do so and then she called back a few days before to cancel.  I then received a bill for the work she had done at her home which I had no knowledge of.Sharon B[redacted]Sales ManagerSnow Bros.
