I am rejecting this response because:I am aware the damaged cabinet is not NorWest's faultMy issue with NorWest is that they didn't complete the project to the point I had expected in DecemberEven if I had not had a damaged cabinet, they hadn't scheduled enough time to complete the project the day they had promisedI also had some very bad experiences and interactions with NorWestI have attached the letter I sent to the CEO of Home Depot that details everything that has happenedI am currently working with them, and Sandy is correct that I have an install scheduled for January 30thI really filed this complaint because of a multitude of bad experiences that have occurred over the course of monthsAnd I want other consumers to be aware of how awful this experience has beenEspecially after reading the *** reviews of NorWest, it sounds like most experiences are very similar to mine, and as a consumer I hope to protect future people from this frustrating experience
