I attached a copy of [redacted] ’s and my Facebook Messenger conversationIf you would like actual screenshots, I can send that, as wellAlso attached is a screenshot from the party when I announced [redacted] as a winner and a screenshot of her asking about the prize a few minutes later [redacted] attended a Facebook party for my Norwex direct sales business on January 22nd, The party was hosted by [redacted] During my Facebook parties, I give prizes for being at the event and participating in the Roll Call post at the beginning of the minute eventDuring the minute event, I count how many guests “signed in” and use a random number generator to choose the winner [redacted] won one travel sized EnviroClothAnother guest at the party, [redacted] , won a Veggie & Fruit Scrub ClothBoth gals filled out the Google Form that I use to collect customer’s information and order stating they won a prizeGuests do not need to purchase anything to win a prize, they simply need to attend the eventRight after the party, I messaged [redacted] and congratulated her on winning her prize and she didn’t respond for days, on February 2ndIn the meantime, both my daughter (who was three at the time) and I were diagnosed with Strep and we also acquired pink eyeI wasn’t able to do much work and didn’t want to spread germs by grabbing prizes and mailing themWhen I was feeling better after being on antibiotics for a few days, I realized I was out of the prizes so I needed to order them from NorwexIt was the beginning of Feburary and the end of the month (January) is always busy so shipping from Norwex was taking longer than usualIt was one of the biggest months of the year for sales, so it took extra long for orders to be shipped outOn February 12th, [redacted] messaged me asking about her prize because she hasn’t received it yetAt that time, I messaged her back explaining what was going onI also explained that she was only receiving one travel sized EnviroCloth which the image clearly states, instead of an assortment of different cloths that she thought she was receivingThe image has four colors of the cloths on it because the winner could receive any one of those colorsI didn’t want to put one single color on the image and the winner receive a different color and think they received something other than what they wonI also apologized for not communicating with her about the delay in her prize she wonAs far as what I "do what the other three cloths" is I give them away during other Facebook parties, the same way as I did for this partyAll communication I’ve had with [redacted] through the Facebook event that she’s referring to in her messages has been attachedOn February 13th, my package arrived so I sent her a message letting her know her prize would be going out that day***’s prize was also mailedI went to the post office at 4:01pm CST and had it mailed First Class with no tracking informationI have a copy of the postal service receipt if neededIf an envelope isn’t heavy enough to be sent Priority where the tracking information is included, I don’t add it on as I’ve never had a problem with a package not being deliveredOn February 20th, she messaged me again stating she hasn’t received her prize but [redacted] hasI explained they are in different states so that could be why she hasn’t received hers yetI am in North Dakota, [redacted] is in Kentucky, and [redacted] is in North CarolinaIt was also President’s Day when she emailed, in which the mail doesn’t runShe messaged me again the next day saying she hasn’t received her clothOn February 22nd, she said she called the Norwex home office to file a complaintShe truly felt she deserved the four cloths that come in the Travel Pack, but that is not what she wonShe won one single travel sized EnviroCloth from that packageAs a consultant, we cannot SELL the Travel Pack, which is, in fact, four cloths, individually, but we can purchase the Travel Pack ourselves and give away the travel sized EnviroCloths separately, which is what I was doing I’m not sure if she mentioned to the Customer Service Representative that it was a prize she won, so they may not have understood what was going onI called Norwex to find out what her conversation with them was about but all they have record of is she filed a complaintThe CSR I talked to sympathized with me and verified that what I was doing was following compliance because I was not selling the cloths separately, I was giving them awayI was also informed that Norwex does not "flag accounts" or "watch closely" and that if there are multiple complaints, then Norwex would take action with the consultant I have not heard from [redacted] since our last message on February 22nd, I had assumed she received her travel sized EnviroCloth and sample Window Cloth from me since she didn’t message me againSince then, I have been in contact with the host of the party, ***, who actually signed up as a consultant for Norwex under me about a week after her partyShe stated that [redacted] DID receive her prizeIt had an incorrect zip code on it which is why it took longer than it should haveI’m not sure if I wrote the zip code wrong or if she typed it wrong on the Google Form that she filled out, which is what I got her information fromThis is one of those “what can go wrong, will go wrong” instancesI apologized over and over that she felt misled, that she misunderstood what she was receiving for a free prize, and for the delay in mailing the prize outI explained to her why it’s one single travel sized EnviroCloth and not the entire Travel Pack of four clothsI cannot afford to give away a Travel Pack that costs $21, plus a $Veggie & Fruit Scrub Cloth, in addition to the prize I give to the host for every partyI do an average of about parties a month, as you could imagine, this would get quite costlyI give the prizes away during the event before I take orders so I have no way of knowing if my commission from that party will cover the prizes I give away for freeBy breaking up the Travel Pack and giving one travel sized EnviroCloth, its only $for the prizeI also give a sample of the Window Cloth as a bonus with this that the prize winner doesn’t know about until she/he receives the envelope from meI honestly thought this situation was over and done and [redacted] received her prize back in FebruaryI was shocked to receive a phone call from the Revdex.com yesterdayNot just because it was about a FREE gift that someone who didn’t purchase anything at the party, but because my last conversation with [redacted] was over three weeks prior to my notification of a complaintI wasn’t notified of this complaint until March 16th at 1:PM CST with a phone call and a voicemail along with an email that was sent minutes before (that I didn’t see until about 3:PM CST)When I opened the email and logged into the Revdex.com website, it shows that the complaint was filed on February 22ndA second notice was sent on March 5th, again, I have no record of anything being sent to me prior to March 16th I have been a Norwex consultant since November of and to my knowledge, I have never had a complaint or a problem with a guest at a party, a customer, or a hostI have always provided great customer service and would never intentionally mislead anyone or purposely not give a prize they won or a product they paid for

[redacted] attended a Facebook party for my Norwex direct sales business on January 22nd, 2017. The party was hosted by [redacted]. During my Facebook parties, I give prizes for being at the event and participating in the Roll Call post at the beginning of the 30 minute event. During the 30 minute event, I count how many guests “signed in” and use a random number generator to choose the winner. [redacted] won one travel sized EnviroCloth. Another guest at the party, [redacted], won a Veggie & Fruit Scrub Cloth. Both gals filled out the Google Form that I use to collect customer’s information and order stating they won a prize.
