I am sorry to hear you had brake problems with your carThis is the first complaint I have heard of except for the wheel bearing that went bad after you were out of warranty and we paid half the bill I remember you thought you shouldn't have to pay for any of itI would be interested to know how many miles you had been when you had the brakes changed? What was the problem why you took it in? Why wouldn't you bring it back to me so we could see what the problem was if you were looking for some kind of refund?Many things can cause brake pads to wear out ,examples would be: caliper problem, brake slides hanging up, or the driverTough to say because your saying that I wasn't honest and sold it to you with bad brakesI can tell you that when the car left here the brakes were good and working properlyI am sure you would have been right back to see me if they weren'tI would like to see the repair order for the brake repair with mileage and what percent they were and why they were replacedThere are two sides to every story, and you never gave us a chance to remedy this problemAgain I am sorry your not happy
