Norwich Discount Oil

Review: My family and I have been loyal customers for years. I am a single mother of five children. When I order oil, it is always around$200 worth. I usually get about 50 gallons for this price. Sometimes its necessary for me to spend a couple of dollars over to get the discount that they have always informed me of. This particular day I spoke with a gentleman that was rude and very unprofessional. He charged me $199.08 for 36 gallons . The deal would have cost me $5.92 for a total of 50 gallons . I believe I was not offered or informed of the sale because I asked the gentlemen why he was being rude to me. This same day of delivery, I informed him that I may need a restart because my oil had run out. I informed them that I would not be home but that I would leave the garage door unlocked, which is where the furnace is. They have had to restart my furnace before in the past. My 14 year old daughter stayed home from school this day. The guy delivering oil walked into my home, saw my daughter and said "oh I thought no one would be home" he walked back out and left shortly after. My daughter was in the kitchen in her bra and shorts. I called to complain and was told he was probably new and was looking for the furnace although never asked my daughter where it was. Three days later my oil had run out again. I called this morning to get oil commissioning that now I get 51 gallons for the same price as Tuesday. I spoke to a supervisor and she informed me that there was nothing she could s do but that the sales person should have told me of the discounted price. I feel that this entire existence was unprofessional and unethical.Desired Settlement: I would like disciplinary action taken against delivery guy and the 14 extra gallons for the$5.92
