I sent a copy the the buyers order to show that it is marked used and to show the amount of the trade inwe show ed them a 33,allowance for their trade in. they owed I also sent you a copy of the nada trade in value which is 19,so we incorporated all discount and
rebates to the trade in to make up the difference in what was owed. and there was no charge for the hitch. we are willing to remimbuse them for the blue tooth and pay for a year subscription for the *** radio. thank you craig k***

Mr. [redacted] has agreed to have us fix his car.  We have provided him with a loaner vehicle until the repair is complete.
