This tractor had a hole in the hood when we picked it up. Our pick up and delivery person called in to tell our service manager about it before he loaded the tractor. And while I have no idea how this hole could have gotten there it is an older tractor that has had another crack in the
hood for some time, so our service manager told our pick up person to bring it in. When our service manager mentioned the hole to Ms *** she basically gave us the response you have above. While we do not consider this to be in any way the fault of our business, I talked to Ms *** and agreed to provide the labor to replace the hood and pay for half of the hood if she payed for the other half of the hood only. To the best of my knowledge she was good with this solution and I consider this matter resolvedRegards, Bob ***
