Customer purchased and paid for a pellet stove, pipe and installation of the stoveCustomer then called the store and asked to have an existing stove removed and disposed of at the time of installationThe customer was told that the cost for this additional labor and disposal is 200.00, customer
accepted these termsWe installed the new stove, removed and disposed of the old stovecustomer was billed for the additional cost, customer refused to pay the balanceIt is store policy that we do not provide service to customers with an unpaid balanceWe will galdly service the product once the unpaid balance has been paid
