Revdex.com Received the following email from business:Dear Revdex.comWe apologize for the inconvenience,this complaint was ,when he checked in he enquired about the rate and tried to get a discounted roomthe guest said he was not going to stay until the checkout timeHe said he will be checking out early so give me $ rate ,front desk representative refused and said sorry sir this the rate for today if you want you can take it then he paid went to the room called to the desk and said dried toothpaste in the sink she went to the room and check there was nothing wrong and she said if you don't like the room she could switch his room or you can leave with refund he said I am not moving or leaving I need my partial money back she replied sorry sir you can talk to the manager,the guest came in to the desk in the morning about and ask him to talk to the manager he replied manager will be here around am he said I need my money back this room was not clean he said sorry sir you used the whole service ,in future we can give some discount he replied aggressively if you don't give my money back I will bring your business down I will put bad reviews on facebook and social mediashe checked the room nothing wrong beside he used the room,sorry for the inconvenience we can give him maximum 10% discount in his future stay.Notes: the frontdesk lights cannot physically be turned off with regardsNorwood inn & SuitesBurnsville

I am rejecting this response because: For multiple days following the of June we have went to discuss this matterWe were never able to speak with any other managers, every time we went to ask we were told they were never availableThey did not extend our stay what-so-ever and the amount that was refunded was our depositWhich stated; we would get back upon checking outWe haven't received any compensation for the extra night they charged usIn-fact due to our situation we asked if we could rent another night while we waited for the refund, and we were told that we were not welcome at their hotel

I will be happy to resolve the issue I went thru our system regarding the matter there was no details for [redacted] To resolve the issue please provide me with more details/information regarding their stay here Thank You, Manager NorwoodInn & Suites Burnsville Dan

This is just a few of the many pictures I took when we got to the roomAs you can see our towel, which is what we CLEAN ourselves with, has a nasty yellow stain on it, and I don't even know if it was a stain, it may not of even been washedOur sheets were dirty still and the comforter was yellow/brown when was the last time they washed it?? And as far as check out, pretty sure in my previous message I said we were out of there by 11:But I will sue them for the safety and health hazards as well as get the department of health involved to get the whole hotel shut down if they don't want to cooperateI know people so I will also bring this to Foxnews if I have to

I am rejecting this response because: I am not really rejecting it but I am NOT accepting it either because I dont feel the response was helping the situtaionI will be calling them to see what they have to say and to see if they give me my refund

To Whom may it concern ,I apologise for the inconvenient for the guest that checkout time is am period , if not paid or refuse to leave by am maximum am then we have no option beside forcing them to leave.If they didn't like the room and want to leave we happy to give their money back
but they stayed whole stay and expecting to get the money back sorry we don't do that,and deposit which is hold from the guest will automatically back to their card its not charged hold some bank take to business daysThanks With Regards Norwood inn

The complained was when they stayed in the room and came to the frontdesk next morning about checkout time and complained to get their money back we explained them if you didn't use our service or without use the room if you left we happy
to give your money back,and we have enough pillow and and towel if guest request extra also we provide them.sorry for the inconvenience we can give you some 15% discount in future stay

That is a lie and I have a witness (Nate) who was staying there with meThey said to use "No there is nothing we can do until next time." and did not say anything further

I am rejecting this response because: Regardless of any mitigating discussion, the fact remains that the room was not properly cleaned prior to presentation for a new guest I take issue with the statement that the evening clerk came to the room and "didn't see anything wrong" She never visited the room, even though I invited her to do so, and she plainly told me about problems with the cleaning staff Nothing was said about a o'clock manager arrival, but even if that had been the case, I wouldn't have had time to wait I also never plan to be in the Minneapolis area again, so the hotel's offer of 10% for a future visit is unacceptable The only reasonable solution would be a partial refund for the evening in question

We've resolved this case on June/29/2017 at our property, by refunding $50.01 to Mrs. [redacted] Account for one night. As we extended her stay for 2 nights based up on her request over the phone for the extension and I can also share the signed copies of...
