Dear ***, I received a complaint regarding Nosoma Audiology, LLC, ID ***There was some
confusion because although I purchased the assets of Nosoma Audiology in January of 2016, I do not own Nosoma Audiology. The complaint states that the customer was not able to reach us by phone but then states that she spoke with us on 7/15/17, 10/25/and 2/21/We have policies in place for removing people from the mailing lists, but we have no record of this customer ever trying to have herself removedIt was certainly a misunderstanding because we would have removed her at the first request.
