I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.? Regards, [redacted] I complained to Tracy that she had not written "handle with care" on the shipping box, as requested by meI did not indicate that I had problems receiving mail at my house, I stated that one delivery person had a habit of trying to force things that didn't fit into our mailbox? This package was left by our door, not in the mailboxTracy told me to complain to the Post Office, but I'm not the shipper of the package - she must make the complaint with USPS - I'm not allowed to do soI made it clear in that first e-mail that the print quality of the book was poor, and the content did not match their advertised website promises of what the customers would receiveI sent only photo examples to Tracy, but can send photos of every single page if she needs that as proof! In addition to the other issues with the book already reported to Tracy in great descriptive detail, I also notified her yesterday that Pcontains spots + smears of the strange "pink" ink that is used on images in the bookI suspect the pink/purple ink in the printing is a direct result of a yellow ink cartridge being low on her home printer, since my own printer produces the same color shade if low on yellow ink The black splodges of ink that are supposed to be clear, sharp images of advertisements & video/album covers are so dark as to make the images almost illegibleThis again is caused by incorrect calibration of ink on a printerI also notified Tracy yesterday that there are only total ads in the book, even though the website states the book would include "more than magazine ads"That alone doesn't even match her online promise as to the contentI gave Tracy the opportunity this morning of reprinting the book correctly (at her own cost), to match what is promised onlineShe refused to do soThe website states that if an error is caused by the Nostalgia Publishing, they will reprint a replacement book at no cost to the customer, but she is refusing to comply with her own written guaranteeEven if the errors in content are totally ignored and disputed by her, there is no denying that the print quality is atrocious & should be corrected! She invited the Revdex.com to view their online mini videoPlease do - because what is portrayed on that video is NOT what I have received! Contrary to what she has stated, I have not made threatsDue to the fact that she was not responding to my messages (including the ones with the photos) or sending "read receipts", I sent several more messages in an attempt to elicit a response from herI now know she received all of my messages, even though she ignored them.I informed her that I would file complaints with the Revdex.com & the FTC if she did not fulfill her responsibility in correcting these issues with the book she shipped to me (by issuing a refund to include the shipping costs)That was not a threat - it was a notice of what I intended doing, and I have now done soI also notified her that I would contact the Attorney General's Office, and take this matter furtherAgain, that is not a threat - it's something I intended doingThe facts are: ? I received a book with sub-standard print quality and content that does not even match her minimum pages, as described in writing & in the video on her own websiteShe is refusing to acknowledge this at all, and is denying her obligations to fulfill what she promised on her website to provide? This is unethical, unprofessional, and misrepresentation of what she is sellingI'm attaching just one photo example, but other pages are worse than this

The business has responded to the complaint however has requested that their response not be published

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of...

the offer I reviewed appear below.  Regards, [redacted] I
complained to Tracy that she had not written "handle with care" on the
shipping box, as requested by me. I did not indicate that I had problems
receiving mail at my house, I stated that one delivery person had a
habit of trying to force things that didn't fit into our mailbox.  This
package was left by our door, not in the mailbox. Tracy told me to
complain to the Post Office, but I'm not the shipper of the package -
she must make the complaint with USPS - I'm not allowed to do so. I made
it clear in that first e-mail that the print quality of the book was
poor, and the content did not match their advertised website promises of
what the customers would receive. I sent only 2 photo examples to
Tracy, but can send photos of every single page if she needs that as
proof! In addition to the other issues with the book already reported to
Tracy in great descriptive detail, I also notified her yesterday that
P.15 contains 3 spots + 3 smears of the strange "pink" ink that is used
on images in the book. I suspect the pink/purple ink in the printing is a
direct result of a yellow ink cartridge being low on her home printer,
since my own printer produces the same color shade if low on yellow ink.
The black splodges of ink that are supposed to be clear, sharp images
of advertisements & video/album covers are so dark as to make the
images almost illegible. This again is caused by incorrect calibration
of ink on a printer. I also notified Tracy yesterday that there are only
68 total ads in the book, even though the website states the book would
include "more than 76 magazine ads". That alone doesn't even match her
online promise as to the content. I gave Tracy the opportunity this
morning of reprinting the book correctly (at her own cost), to match
what is promised online. She refused to do so. The website states that
if an error is caused by the Nostalgia Publishing, they will reprint a
replacement book at no cost to the customer, but she is refusing to
comply with her own written guarantee. Even if the errors in content are
totally ignored and disputed by her, there is no denying that the print

costs). That was not a threat - it was a notice of what I intended
doing, and I have now done so. I also notified her that I would contact
the Attorney General's Office, and take this matter further. Again, that
is not a threat - it's something I intended doing. The facts are:  I
received a book with sub-standard print quality and content that does
not even match her minimum pages, as described in writing & in the
video on her own website. She is refusing to acknowledge this at all,
and is denying her obligations to fulfill what she promised on her
website to provide.  This is unethical, unprofessional, and
misrepresentation of what she is selling. I'm attaching just one photo
example, but other pages are worse than this.

The business has responded to the complaint however has requested that their response not be published.
