Review: I ordered 3 dresses from this company and paid $294.00. When I received the package there was no invoice included and neither was there 3 dresses. There was only 1 dress that was the price of $75.00 which was dingy and yellow in color whereas the website stated and showed a picture of a dress that was turquoise, white and black. To which I returned using the U[redacted]tracking number [redacted]. They show they delivered it on December [redacted] but the company is now stating they never got it and it was signed by KARAMA.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my money.

On November **, 2013 [redacted] placed an order with Not Just Church **its.com in the amount of $294.00 for three items. On November [redacted] 2013 the merchandise ordered was weighed and shipped. The box weighed at 6.0 lb and was shipped via Ups. On November [redacted] a dispute was filed by the Buyer via Paypal, stating that she received one item which was not as described, she later stated in her claim that she only received one out of the 3 items. According to our records and UP**weight and tracking information the package sent was six pounds. Each item weighing approximately 2lbs. To date we have received one item of which the customer returned stating it was not as described. We have contacted Paypal as per protocol and advised that we have received the item and they can proceed with issuing the customer a refund in the amount of $75.00 for the one item. As per Paypal we are to submit any documents available regarding the shipment of the re maining items. Claim pending.

Review: I purchased a usher uniform from this establishment it arrived to me dirty, wrinkled a button missing from the coat and a hook missing from the back of the skirt. I'm aware of the silly policy that states that money is not refunded they offer a store credit instead but this was of no fault of mines. And they told me that I have to ship it back at my own expense and pay a restocking fee. This is ludicrous.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund.
