Order was placed on 12/5/and the item was shipped 12/6/via ***According to the tracking of this package on *** (tracking #***), it is still "In Transit"The last update *** has given was on 12/12/
Because the item says still in transit, we have not filed a lost package claim yet
The reason the item is still for sale on our site is because we have multiple copiesIf *** tracking says the item is being returned to sender, we will ship another copy out to customerBut we believe the item will still be delivered to recipient
Although our business hours are 7am-4pm, someone is not always able to answer the phoneWe try diligently to respond to all calls and emails, but often have a lag during the holiday busy seasonWe did email this customer on 12/16/

THe item arrived weeks after my purchase date.I paid $and instead of shipping it priority tey sent it media mail which took foreverThe company did not respond when I contacted customer service after daysThey dont answer their emails or return phone messages back to youSO, if you order something from them you may never hear back from them or it might take several daysIn my case I didnt hear back from them until I had reported them to the Revdex.com
Other than that the item itself was in excellent condition and as described on their website

Hi ***,
We apologize you feel this wayOn our site we classify a poster in Very Good condition as "A well cared-for item that shows minor condition issues around the borders, such as single pinholes, small creases, soft corners, or light
discoloration." Some of the items you ordered we also listed in Fair condition, which we describe as "Item shows visible wear from handling, such as creases and small tearsIt is physically worn, but is still considered collectible."
Everyone has a different opinion when it comes to what they think a condition is, so we do our best to describe it online and contact our customers if the item is in less conditionIt does sound like the items you received fit the description we had listed
Going back through the correspondence you've had with us, it looks like we told you we would refund you for the items once received but you would be responsible to pay to ship the items back because they were as described when you purchased themIf you are wanting to return, still we'll of course refund you for all the items received
Additionally, it doesn't look like you ever mentioned anything about the poster you received being a different printingAdditionally, there is no correspondence saying we would charge you a 10% restocking fee, as that's not something we do unless the item was printed on demandSuch as a Fine Art Print, but I stray!
Once more ***, we are so sorry you feel this way, but we'll gladly give you a refund just as soon as the posters are return to us! Hopefully we'll be able to work this out!

Okay, here we go againHow many times to do I have to repeat myself and they just don't get it
I don't know why Wolfgang's Vault is so hard to communicate with, but this is really getting ridiculous
First of all, all three posters I ordered where listed as "FIRST PRINTS" and all three where listed as "VERY GOOD CONDITION", in which they have TWO different descriptions for "VERY GOOD CONDITION" and that's why I tried communicating with them IMMEDIATELY upon ordering and then for TWO WEEKS prior to being shipped out!
I know what I ordered as I have been looking at them for years on there site and looked there condition description over several times the day I ordered them at 50% OFF SALEImmediately after ordering them I tried several times contacting Wolfgang's Vault to discus the huge investment I was wanting to purchase regarding the condition of these posters, letting them know that if they had any pin holes, tears, or stains I would not be interested in them and to please take them off my order because they have very good condition described two different ways making it very confusing and because you can't see what your actually investing inNo one ever responded to any of my emails or phone calls and after two weeks went by the posters were shippedThe only email I received was two weeks after the order and that was to tell me they were waiting on all the posters to come in to ship togetherAgain, no one ever returned my phone calls to discus the condition of the posters or to give me a tracking number I asked for immediately after the orderWhen I opened the tube and looked at these posters they were all in poor unacceptable condition and the most expensive poster turns out to be a second print! I have rolled them right back up how they where shipped and put them right back in there tube waiting for a return label as PAYPAL and VISA instructed me
I do not feel it is one bit fair for me to have to loose one red penny on this order do there unprofessional lack of communication and consideration of a buyer spending $and that is half off the total price!
Big questions; WHY DID NO ONE EVER ANSWER ANY OF MY EMAILS OR PHONE MESSAGES? WHY WAS I SENT POOR CONDITION POSTERS WHEN I LEFT SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS, "I DO NOT WANT ANY POSTERS WITH PIN HOLES, TEARS OR STAINS"? WHY WAS I SENT A SECOND PRINT POSTER WHEN I ORDERED A FIRST?
BOTTOM LINE, THESE PEOPLE RAN FROM MY EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS FOR A REASONASK THEM WHY??? I ASKED THEM IF ANYONE WORKS THERE ANYMORE AND DID THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS WHEN I DIDN'T HEAR BACK FROM THEMTHAT'S WHEN I FINALLY GOT MY FIRST EMAIL RESPONSE FROM *** SAYING THIS WHAS THE FIRST MESSAGE THEY GOT AND THEY WERE WAITING ON ALL THE POSTERS TO COME IN SO THEY CAN SEND THEM ALL TOGETHER
All I am asking for is a return shipping label and my full refund of $so I can give them back there posters and close this caseWhat is so difficult about thisOh, I forgot, there making up a lie that I got exactly what I orderedWell explain the second print poster on the most expensive poster I ordered then that they keep ignoring since I received this order and this case started
As far as the 10% restocking fee, it is listed in there return policy on the invoice they sent me along with shipping charges
This is the word business I have ever in my life had to deal withI can not believe they are arguing with me and telling me a lie

I am not completely satisfied with the sellers response, but I will send the posters back for a full refund since they will not send me a return label thank you
Seller is not telling the truth at all, they did not respond to my previous emails or phone calls and they still have not explained why I was sent a second print poster when I ordered a first printSeller is still insisting I read the condition wrong when I know exactly what I read and exactly know what I ordered
Seller says the most expensive first print poster, that is a second print, was described as poor, and the others as very goodInteresting how they all are the same exact condition, poor, with stains, tears and/or pinholes and tape and tape marksIf they think that is very good condition, then there is something wrong with there grading systemSeller is saying this is the first time I mentioned a second print when I have proof of mentioning this in earlier emails and in a case opened with *** and VisaI payed for a first print in very good condition and received a second print in poorThat is the one they say I misread and was described as poor but then why did I pay for the first print poster and receive a send print, in poor condition? There response makes absolutely no sense to my issue

So unprofessional that you can't speak with someone at this company or they can't show you what you are actually buying before you spend this kind of money
I also sent photos through this site and to *** but not sure if anyone received them here at the Revdex.comThey clearly show these posters are in poor condition
Anyway, I hope the seller will reimburse me for the full amount plus the return shippingFrom the looks of there review, looks like other customers have had similar experiences with lack of return calls, emails and other problems
I will send all three of these posters back as soon as possible with a tracking number and we will see how they resolve this problem

We have answered you every time you reached out to usIf you remember correctly, you had filed a *** charge back, which we both decided it best to let *** settle this as you are not wanting to ship the posters back to us
Hate to sound like a broken record J but we'll be more than happy to take the posters back and refund you, you just need to send them back
The posters you ordered had the correct condition online when you ordered themIn the definition we have for Very Good, definition in my previous message, it states there are pinholesSince you ordered the items with the correct condition, we are under the assumption you read the condition about the item you ordered
This is the first I have heard of a 2nd Printing, why was this not mentioned in one of your emails?
I just double checked our packing slip and we do in fact state that a 10% restocking fee is charged ONLY for curated poster and ticket sets, fine art prints, limited edition prints, and BG Archive PhotographyNone of these apply to the items you ordered
No one has accused you of lying, but we've offered to refund you for the posters and we sent you exactly what was orderedI'm not sure where the confusion isPlease us the poster back and we will definitely refund you
