I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that although I strongly disagree with Not Just Roofs account of the situation, this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted] ***

Thank you for bringing Mr [redacted] complaint to Not Just Roofs, LLC'S attentionWe are taken back that Mr [redacted] neither wishes to have work completed or accepting a refund of minus 25% of contract original price.Mr [redacted] signed a contract with Not Just Roofs, LLC on 8/31/and made a deposit to have a new roof, gutters, siding and windowsWe originally asked for a $5,deposit but he agreed to give us $6,because he had cash bundled in $2,incrementsWe completed his roof approximately days later.? Prior to roof completion I MrAbrams owner went to his work to pick siding colors on 9/23/@ 630pm where Mr [redacted] didn't have color name but a picture he prompted on the computerI took a picture with my cell phone to see if I could lock down that color...later that week I brought a color sample over that I thought matched the pictureMr[redacted] said that it was not the correct color and went to Menards to get me the proper color.? I then took that color back to Menards to secure siding colorOrdering this new color with limited accessories available would extend a to day delivery and install availabilityThe color Mr [redacted] picked out turned out to be a very new color and was a special order.? This prompted our install date to get pushed out toward the end of his vacation time but still in his days off.? Mr [redacted] became so agitated about this that he was speaking profanities.? I walked away...later on text messages he continued and at this time I assured him that I would not tolerate this behavior.? This is construction and not a perfect science and sometimes there are extenuating circumstances that require dates to get moved because of changes to colors and product.? Mr[redacted] behavior is the reason that communication has not gone his way.Not Just Roofs, LLC would gladly make arrangements to refund a portion of payments made or even reschedule to complete work under kinder conditions.Not Just Roofs, LLC has a great reputation here in Southern Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky$was roof estimate plus twelve sheets of O.S.Bat $is $with two of those sheets @ no chargeMinus 25% for breach of contract by Mr [redacted] of Estimate minus completed roof would leave him a refund of $2539.84.? This refund will be submitted to Mr [redacted] in a 2-week period from acceptance of this offer.While installing the roof there were areas that did not have fascia boards at the end of each stringer.? There are times that we have to move our previously scheduled install times to complete jobs.? There was at no time that this project should have escalated to where it has as this project was only about days along from its contract signing.? It's not uncommon for a project involving Roof, Gutters, Windows and Siding to have an order time of 6-weeks.? This prompted our install date to get pushed out toward the end of his vacation time but still in his days off. Mr*** became so agitated about this that he was speaking profanities. I walked away...later on text messages he continued and at this time I assured him that I would not tolerate this behavior. This is construction and not a perfect science and sometimes there are extenuating circumstances that require dates to get moved because of changes to colors and product. *** *** "Not Just Roofs" is again speaking in half truthsHis explanation of the events are not accurateI agree that I got irritated with *** *** (Not Just Roofs), and I said a four letter word (st)But that is not a breech of contract, and as I can see it, there is no good reason for "Not Just Roofs" to 25% of my moneyI have the text message from him stating that "Not Just Roofs" would be sending me a refundThat was his decisionI also sen *** *** a return text message agreeing to accept a refundHe has lost all trust with meI would not have him to do anymore work on my houseBut I will not accept a 25% penalty for breech of contact, when it was his continuous excuses that got us to this pointIf he refunds the entire amount minus the roof, I will consider this complaint resolved.

Thank you for bringing Ms***’s complaint to Not Just Roofs, LLC’s attention. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Upon further review of the complaint, Ms*** is stating that Not Just Roofs, LLC has installed the wrong carpet and failed to put doors
back on. In fact this is true. Not Just Roofs, LLC did apologize for the installation error of the wrong carpet. The reason for this unfortunate error was because Ms***’s carpet was not yet finished production from the factory yet. Ms*** shared with Not Just Roofs, LLC that her daughter was coming home from college and would be having a party. Not Just Roofs, LLC installed a similar carpet in its place to accommodate her family’s party. Not Just Roofs, LLCIn fact also failed to reattach doors to one of the bedrooms in the basementMs*** stated her and her daughter were able to put them back on. Not Just Roofs, LLC shared with Ms*** that Not Just roofs, LLC would still install the correct carpet when it was ready and delivered from the factory Ms*** was ok with this and asked if Not Just Roofs, LLC would wait until her daughter started back in college. Ms*** has failed to share that the Owner of Not Just Roofs, LLC personally came to her home Sunday October 5th, in the morning with carpet crew, moved all furniture, installed the new carpet which was made specifically from the *** factory with felt backing at a cost of over $a yard which also happens to be the most expensive line that is carriedThis is an exact reproduction of what was originally installed in the home before the flood damageThe Owner of Not Just Roofs, LLC stayed for the entire installation and personally assisted in reattaching all doors and moved all furniture back to its proper location. Not Just Roofs, LLC at no time requested any additional monies from Ms***, However; requested Ms*** to give Not Just Roofs, LLC a receipt of what she thought her entertainment center was valued at which was damaged in the flood. Not Just Roofs, LLC requested this so that Ms*** could be reimbursed for this loss through her insurance company. Not Just Roofs, LLC shared with Ms*** that this could be around $2,000. Not Just Roof, LLC will still do this for Ms*** if she sends Not Just Roofs, LLC the documentation to support the cost of the entertainment center and authorizes Not Just Roofs, LLC to do so. Currently Ms*** has requested Not Just Roofs, LLC to not contact her or her insurance company and Not Just Roofs, LLC will honor this request
Not Just Roofs, LLC also replaced her chimney cap at no charge at an estimated savings of $1,

There are times that we have to move our previously scheduled install times to complete jobs.? There was at no time that this project should have escalated to where it has as this project was only about days along from its contract signing.? It's not uncommon for a project involving Roof, Gutters, Windows and Siding to have an order time of 6-weeks.? Thank you for bringing Mr. [redacted] complaint to Not Just Roofs, llc's attention. Mr. [redacted] signed a contract with Not Just Roofs,llc on 8/31/17 and made a deposit to have a new roof, gutters, siding and windows. We originally asked for a $5,000 deposit but he agreed to give us $6,000 because he...

had cash bundled in $2,000 increments. We completed his roof approximately 30 days later.  Prior to roof completion I Mr. [redacted] owner went to his work to pick siding colors on 9/23/17 @ 630pm where Mr. [redacted] didn't have color name but a picture he prompted on the computer. I took a picture with my cell phone to see if I could lock down that color...later that week I brought a color sample over that I thought matched the picture. Mr. [redacted] said that it was not the correct color and went to [redacted] to get me the proper color.  He then took that color back to [redacted] to secure siding color.  The color Mr. [redacted] picked out turned out to be a very new color and was a special order.  This prompted our install date to get pushed out toward the end of his vacation time but still in his days off.  Mr. [redacted] became so agitated about this that he was speaking profanities.  I walked away...later on text messages he continued and at this time I assured him that I would not tolerate this behavior.  This is construction and not a perfect science and sometimes there are extenuating circumstances that require dates to get moved because of changes to colors and product.  Mr. [redacted] behavior is the reason that communication has not gone his way.  Not Just Roofs, llc would gladly make arrangements to refund a portion of payments made or even reschedule to complete work under kinder conditions. Not Just Roofs, llc has a great reputation here in Southern Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky. $4369.18 was roof estimate plus twelve sheets of O.S.B. at $50.00 is $4869.32 with two of those sheets @ no charge. Minus 25% for breach of contract by Mr. [redacted] of Estimate minus completed roof would leave him a refund of $2539.84.  This refund will be submitted to Mr. [redacted] in a 2-3 week period from acceptance of this offer.  Again Thank You for bringing this to our attention, Best Regrds, [redacted]Not Just Roofs, llc

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that although I strongly disagree with Not Just Roofs account of the situation, this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
