The customer placed an order from our website for [redacted] Girls Dolls Wave 6 and one other item.  However once this order was processed we had discovered that the product had the incorrect retail price.  It was incorrectly offered at $39.99 instead of the correct...

amount of $119.99.  We immediately called the customer explaining the issue and apologizing for our mistake.  We offered the customer a discount off of the correct retail price and free shipping, but it was refused.  The customer then began yelling & demanding that we honor the incorrect price and pay for and learn from our mistakes.  We cancelled the order and refunded the full amount back to the credit card.  We also followed up with an email response explaining the whole situation and applying a $20 store credit to the customer's account

We regret to inform you that there was a pricing error with item [redacted] Girls Dolls Wave 6. It was incorrectly listed on our website for $39.99 instead of the correct retail price of $119.99.  Due to this error we have cancelled your order and refunded your payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for your credit card to reflect the refund.
We sincerely apologize for this error and would like to offer you a $20 store credit to try to make this up to you. To use this store credit please log into your account using your username and password.  This credit will automatically be applied to your order once you have added a product to your shopping cart. This credit is valid on our entire store inventory and will never expire.
Again we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and disappointment and hope you let us make it up to you in the future.
