Not New Auto Sales & Service LLC Reviews (2)

Ms [redacted] purchased a [redacted] from Not New Auto in July, Prior to her purchasing said vehicle, my wife personally drove this [redacted] back and forth to Hanover, NH for a short time; without issue Ms [redacted] also requested that her mechanic look at the [redacted] before she made her final decisionAfter what I am assuming was a positive recommendation from her mechanic aside from the breaks, (which Not New Auto replaced) she did in fact purchase the [redacted] at $8, excluding title, tax and registration fees Also, noticing the inspection sticker had expired I had advised Ms [redacted] take the vehicle to get inspected (as NNA is not an authorized inspection station) and that we would pay for that as well Again, NNA is not an authorized inspection station so her complaint of the [redacted] just getting a "sticker without doing any inspecting" has zero onus on Not New AutoThree weeks and three mechanics opinions later (none of whom were NNA), Ms***'s began complaining that the vehicle was overheating When she brought the complaint to Not New Auto's attention I told her that the reason it was over heating was neglect on her part Never once did I indicate that she was "st outta luck." Additionally, she was told by several professionals, that the vehicle should not be driven in the current state as it would worsen; hence [redacted] replacing the engine Again, I firmly believe the incident was her neglect as she had put over 4,miles on the vehicle in her short time in owning itI'm truly sorry for Ms***'s vehicle issues and her experience with Not New Auto, however we are a used car dealer and are forthcoming with any and all known issues with the vehicles we sell Any and all buyers are welcome to get a "car facts document" prior to purchaseLastly, as a used car dealership, our vehicles are sold "as is; no warranty" to which Ms [redacted] signed in full acknowledgementSincerely, Not New Auto Sales

Ms. [redacted] purchased a 2005 [redacted] from  Not New Auto in July, 2015.  Prior to her purchasing  said vehicle, my wife personally  drove this [redacted] back and  forth to Hanover, NH for a short time;  without issue.  Ms. [redacted] also requested that her mechanic...

look at the [redacted]  before she made her final decision. After what I am assuming was a positive recommendation from  her mechanic aside from the breaks, (which Not New Auto  replaced) she did in fact purchase the [redacted] at $8,000  excluding title, tax and registration fees.  Also,  noticing the inspection sticker had expired I had advised  Ms. [redacted] take the vehicle to get inspected (as NNA is not  an authorized inspection station) and that we would  pay for that as well.  Again, NNA is not an  authorized inspection station so her complaint of the [redacted]  just getting a "sticker without doing any  inspecting" has zero onus on Not New Auto. Three weeks and three mechanics opinions later (none of whom  were NNA), Ms. [redacted]'s began complaining that the  vehicle was overheating.   When she brought the  complaint to Not New Auto's attention I told her that  the reason it was over heating was neglect on her  part.  Never once did I indicate that she was  "st outta luck." Additionally, she was told by  several professionals, that the  vehicle should not be driven in the current state as it  would worsen; hence [redacted] replacing the engine.  Again,  I firmly believe the incident was her neglect as she had put  over 4,000 miles on the vehicle in her short time in owning  it. I'm truly sorry for Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle issues and  her experience with Not New Auto, however we are a used car  dealer and are forthcoming with any and all known issues  with the vehicles we sell.  Any and all buyers are  welcome to get a "car facts document" prior to  purchase.
