I would not recommend using this company for any reason. I found the website, and I felt it would work out well because they offer DJ services and tables and chairs. When I first talked to the owner [redacted], he seemed very informative. He told me that the DJ had over 70,000 songs, and that the DJ would contact me with a bride and groom checklist. I sent in my deposit in March/April, and I felt comfortable with my decision. Fast forward 4 months... The venue requires all vendors to sign a form and asks that it be returned at least 30 days prior to the wedding. We called and told him about it, and he said he would fill it out and send it in. Three weeks until the wedding and still no form filled out. I called him and asked about it. He said "yeah, yeah, we'll get it turned in." it didn't seem like there was any sense of urgency. However, when I talked to him, I felt like he was always rushing to get me off the phone. I didn't feel like this company is professional whatsoever. When you call, they don't answer as the business. It's just "hello." Not sure if this is a side gig or what. Anyway, about 9 days prior to the wedding, [redacted] tells us that he is going to refer us to his "friend" for tables and chairs because his are old and worn out. Who does that less than 2 weeks away before the event?! The other thing is, the DJ was supposed to call me but never did. I talked to him 3 days prior to my wedding, but I had to call him! The DJ did a good job, but I just don't like the way things were handled. There was no professionalism at all! I think if you advertise as a business, and people are willing to pay you for services that YOU offer, things should be more organized and handled more properly than they were. I would not recommend this company for your very important life events.
