processed until December 28th which was the New Years week another short week. The customer called for status of her stamp at which time one of our customer service representatives indicated they would call her back with information once we hear from the stamp manufacturer. Our office heard from the manufacturer on January 20th via email that her stamp had shipped on January 19th. Customer's stamp was shipped to various different post offices due to a faulty scan by the courier or a duplicate tracking number. The stamp manufacturer informed us that on January 26th that expected delivery would be on January 27th. The stamp was delivered on January 27th at 10:43am.
Our company and our stamp manufacturer are reviewing how we can make the order processing time and communication between or companies better.

While I appreciate the companies response, I feel that they need to refund me the amount I paid for shipping. It is not my fault that there were issues with their shipping courier and my product took 35 days to be received. I never received a email or call back from customer service after I called to inquire about my stamp and do not feel I received adequate help on resolving the issue. I am very unsatisfied with this company and will also notify the Secretary of State in Montana of the troubles I have had so that they can be removed from the Suggested Vendors List and hopefully no other customers will have this same experience. I would definitely not recommend any other Notaries to use this service.
