NotaryX has now changed to ApostilleX (https://apostillex.com/) and yes, they are a fraudulent company. They stole $660 from me. They have not returned emails recently or phone calls go unanswered. I have reported them to the Revdex.com and am doing small claims court. Dennis Jones is a fraud and it would appear that he has been doing this for a number of years and under different company guises. Beware!

If they contact you as an independent contractor to go to State department to do the work for them and they'll pay you... DON'T. They wont pay you as an contractor either. Just like everyone else you wont hear from them for payment.

This company (NotaryeX) is a fraud! They contact you in the beginning, then, after you send them the money and all the documents, htey stop answering your emails. You call them and explain what had happened -- they hang up on you. Sent them $120 in March -- today is July 20, 2016. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Review: I contacted NotaryeX on September 12, 2015 to conduct Apostille services (a form of authenticating American documents for use abroad). As a U.S. citizen living abroad, I needed someone to act as my personal representative to appear before the local Department of State in Washington, DC to make the necessary transactions. A representative from NotaryeX named [redacted] contacted me by email, expressing a willingness to conduct the Apostille services for a total fee of US$219.00. I sent the documents to the agreed upon address and paid the invoice via PayPal. [redacted] later confirmed receipt of the documents and payment. On October 7, 2015, I received my final correspondence from [redacted] or any other representative of NotaryeX, which I quote in entirety: "Document completed and I will update you on FEDEX shipping info." Since then, I have received no further word, despite multiple emails and phone messages to [redacted] and the company.

Subsequent research on-line revealed at least three other clients who have been defrauded by NotaryeX and [redacted] in the past few months, leading me to believe the company is engaging in a pattern of defrauding ex-patriate Americans. One such complaint from October 2015 is by an Amanda L. on yelp.com whose story is virtually identical to mine (see http://www.yelp.com/biz/notaryex-middletown). The other two complaints can be found here on the Revdex.com website. These date from August and September of this year and are substantially similar to my experience.

I have contacted NotaryeX requesting an immediate response and full reimbursement, to which I have received no response, and the other experiences related by these other clients lead me to believe I will receive no such reimbursement or my documents ever.Desired Settlement: A refund and return of the documents in question

They have morphed into a new company now called ApostilleX https://apostillex.com/

Dennis Jones is a fraud. Both companies have stolen from people. They stole $660 from me.

Review: In the spring of 2015, I placed a large order for several documents to be notarized and apostilled. Many other documents were sent to [redacted] at a Voorhees, NJ address he gave me to be collected for the final shipment as well. I have not heard from NotaryEx or [redacted] since May 26, 2015 and do not have a current status of my order. I have offered to scale down the order if needed, as I need either the apostilles or a refund at this point. I would also like all of my documents returned to me.Desired Settlement: I would still like to receive any apostilles that were completed. However, if they have not already been finished, I will take my business elsewhere. I would still like all of the documents sent to [redacted] returned. I would also like a prompt refund for everything not completed at this point.

Review: I contacted notaryex about apostille services for an overseas contract. I sent them sensitive documents that could lead to identity theft, which were needed for my current contract. I have had to chase them for any information on my documents, calling 5 times, sending 10 emails, etc. No word. I think they may be involved in identity theft from expats. The information they have given me has been false, and unspecific. The only time I get an actual answer is if I threaten law enforcement.Desired Settlement: I just want my documents returned and a refund. I would settle for the documents as I am resigned to the fact that I have been duped. Also, I am looking for a paper trail for when and if these people have stolen my identity.

Review: hi there, on the 11th of June 2015 I paid an an amount of 239USD for a service the company provides for them to obtain a copy of a marriage licence and an apostille thereon and fedex it it south africa. the time frame I was given was in total 17 days plus a few days for the fedex, unfortunately to date I still have not received anything. I have sent numerous emails all on record requesting information regarding the status of my order and have received very few replies (3 in total I think), the last reply was on July 24th 2015, where Dennis Jones stated that as it exceeded the agreed service time, they would refund the service fee and send me the new shipping schedule. since that date I have not heard anything from them nor received any refund, despite sending 3 follow up emails, the final one on the 11th/12th August to the website requesting a full refund so that I could get another company to render the service that they have failed to render.Desired Settlement: either delivery of the documents within five working days or a full refund
