I received notice today of the complaint that was made against NotaryStamp.com, Revdex.com ID [redacted] .Our records indicate that the order was placed on 9/10/16, which was a Saturday and the product ordered was a Basic Notary Kit that includes a notary stamp and embossing seal Our website explains our turnaround time (http://www.notarystamp.com/UI/en-US/Navigation/AboutUs?showPageNumber=5), which reads as follow:Most orders ship within business daysAll order turnaround times exclude weekends and holidays.Please allow - business days for all embossing seal ordersThe earliest this order would have shipped would be 9/13/– business days after the order was received However, since this order included an embosser, an extra business day to produce may be needed which would give us until 9/14/16.We do not record phone calls so I don’t have any records of the conversations that took place between our customer service staff and this customer I can explain that we have no way of tracking an order through our system and we process literally thousands of orders every day Our Customer Service staff cannot promise when an order will ship because they have no visibility to it Since most orders do ship within the specified time frames, our Customer Service reps do their best to give an estimated time of shipment The order didn’t ship until 9/16/16, days later than our turnaround time While this is unusual, it does happen from time to time Products don’t meet our quality control standards and are re-produced and other times we may experience production delays due to an unusual increase in orders or unexpected employee absences.I contacted the customer this morning, per her request, but she told me she couldn’t talk at that time and would call me back At that time, she will be offered a 25% refund as a gesture of goodwill or the opportunity to return the product for a full refund I will send a follonce the customer has called back.Sincerely, [redacted] NotaryStamps.com

As of today, I have not received a return call from MsBarrios regarding her claim. I called again this morning, received voicemail and left a message similar to my original response below.
