this website appears to be fake, I ordered an item from them. Paid with ***. received an email from *** about the order. never received a confirmation email from the company, never received shipping information from the company. emailed the company to ask about the invoice and tracking information. never heard back. called the company and the phone rings fast busy to a number not in ohio. I have since opened s dispute with *** to try and get my money back.

I ordered a *** Shed from Noteama on 7.7.20. Once ordered I did not receive a confirmation email. I tried calling them for days multiple times a day always getting a busy signal. I then reached out to *** to let them know that I never received confirmation from the sale or any shipping information. The *** page never had a cancel option. I just received an update from *** with the shipping information. I tracked it with *** and they said it was delivered, but we never received it. Also in the delivery information it said the package weighed 4.3 lbs. It's a shed that should weigh approximately, 60 plus pounds. I emailed the company with no response. I did some research online about this company and found many complaints against them, with the same story as mine. I submitted a complaint to ***, still in the process. Obviously this company is fraudulent, also why does *** allow companies that are fraudulent to have accounts with them. I also submitted a compliant with ***. The other people with complaints said the same thing that the shipping weight was not matching what the items weighed, very small weights were noted in ***s *** shipping email and they also never received the deliveries.
