*** has been refunded in full $863, she came in today to pick up her check and verbally gave us an A ok as far as resolving her issues She stated to us that a refund would fully resolve her issues and that she decided to get a laptop instead of the desktop that she brought back in for
the refund As far as we are concerned she is happy and the complaint is fully satisfied
