The Piano instructor did not explain the piano lessons methodologyWe just happen to be there during one of her classes and she met us afterwards
She spent less than minutes trying to sell the various course booklets with price tags associatedShe also apparently shared/sold our phone number to local Steinway piano store as the store sales person called us to sell costly piano at our personal phone number
Being considerate, as we are, decided not to take legal action on her for selling our personal information for making commissions or profit through sales of piano for local storeWe consider this as invasion of our privacy rights
As a proof, we have the voice mail of sales person kept as record
The registration form she has produced states that fee is for reserving lesson timeHowever, it does not state that fee is non-refundable in any case
As this was unclear in documentation and contract, this issue falls under category of publicizing and misleading information to customers by service provider and hence, consumer law protects our payment towards her lesson scheduling
We gave ample amount of time before classes started to cancel the scheduleThis clause was never mentioned in contract that it was non-refundable if classes never start for a kid

I am responding to the last communication I received from the individual seeking piano lessonsI do provide the best possible service to my students and that includes assistance in many waysI have carefully read the rebuttal and I am offendedI question the sincerity of the original payment for reserving the lesson timeIt is my desire to promote the best possible learning environment for my students and familiesI feel that this possibility has been violated and can no longer be acceptedTherefore I will refund the payment of $USDI need to know if the address submitted is still viable
