Review: I use this website to order materials I use for needlework. While I like her products, it iRepes the service about which I am complaining. Every time I order there are usually multiple delays involved. Repeated attempts to send emails are not answered. One order she said she sent ( when I finally got her to answer me, she said it must have been lost in the mail. I tried to place most recent order on Feb 17, 2016. Still have not gotten that order, despite the fact that on Mar 10, 2016 she said she "hoped that I had received my order by now and was happily stitching". Contacted her a couple of days later to let her know that I HAD NOT received the order and I have not been able to get her to answer me as of this date. On her website she said she was having trouble with her email and had gotten a "new" email address, so I have now sent two emails to the new email address and still no response. If an order is a problem please let the customer now and don't talk like the order should have been received. Difficult to understand how you can continue to have a successful business if all customers receive this kind of service. I can't imagine that I am the only one who has had this kind of luck!Desired Settlement: I am still interested in doing business with Notforgotten Farm if the customer service can be improved upon.
