Nothing Over Budget

Review: I got my white Galaxy Note 2 screen fixed at "Nothing Over Budget".At the time the employee told me that he would replace my phone with a black screen because he was out of the white he said that he would put in an order for the white one and give me a call when the other come because it could take up to a few weeks or I could give the store (him) a call back to check if it did.After he fixed the screen my phone started to freeze when I try to use it...for the past couple weeks my phone started to over heat to the point where I couldn't put it to my ears. I took the phone back to the store to tell them about the problem.I was told that he no longer work there because he got fired for stealing and doing "jobs" on the side. I asked if the manager was going to take responsibility for what his employee did and I was told "NO" because the employee no longer work there...the manager refused to provide me with his name and the business ID number when I threatened to report him to Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund.
