Nothing to Everything Property Services

December 2016Second response by F* concerning complaint against MsLisa *** of Nothing to Everything Property Services of Syracuse, NY When I contacted Ms*** back in September to provide lawn care services at *** Roadfor the fall, she only gave me a figure of $and even went as far as to say she wouldn't charge us taxes as though we would be benefiting from her servicesNever once was a single cut charge of $nor a $fee for trimming mentioned to me during that conversation or at any time during any other conversations regarding lawn careReading Ms***’s response should lead one to conclude that she is not being honest in her explanation since only the $charge was mentioned to maintain the lawnMs*** is correct that I reside out of town but I have regularly visited the house to organize the contents inside and noticed the state of the lawn on a few of my visitsMy sister resides in the area and works nearbyShe does stop by the house at least two to three times a week to pimail and organize personal items in the house tooShe confirmed as I stated in the original complaint that the lawn was cut on two occasions only, not the multiple times as mentioned by Ms***In hindsight we should have agreed to pay Ms*** only after each lawn cutting rather than paying her all in one lump sumI took her word she would complete the job in verbal agreement only, trusting that she would complete the work as she promisedBecause her business is not officially listed anywhere including with the Revdex.com, it is difficult to see if this hashappened to others as wellHopefully her unsavory business practices will not negatively reflect on those local individuals that work in the same field that conduct their businesses in an honest and forthright manner. Mr [redacted] asked me if I could mow the property of [redacted] on 9/6. I reported to the property and told him yes I could that my mowing only goes into mid October.He was told $130.00 from 9/06 to 10/16 t $30.00 per mow and $10.00 for trimming.And that I only mow every 10 to 14 days....

Due to the heat this summer anymore then that would burn the grass. Mr. [redacted] said that would be fine as house was up for sale. Mr [redacted] called me on 9/13 and was told by myself that I would be there to cut in the next few days. as of 9/19 grass was cut and Mr. [redacted] was at the property.He called the following day say the grass was still too long for his liking.It was re-mowed on 9/20 and Mr. [redacted] was left a voicemail stating so.Cutting were as followed 9/20 -9/21-10/3 and 10/7 as Mr [redacted] stated. He know of two cuts.He did not live at the property. On Tuesday Nov 15 [redacted] called saying he wanted one more mow and he know mowing is finished but he wanted one more mow as real estate company wanted the yard clean looking.this was 3 weeks after mowing was done for the season. I told [redacted] there was nothing more for me to do. At this point , he made several other text messages to me and threatening voice mails which I still have along with pictures of the property lawn care.  I feel that Mr [redacted] was upset that the lawn was not mowed every time he called and said they were showing the house but it was not what he had asked for . Mr. [redacted] received four mows and trimming. At this point he says Dispute amount of $90.00. This is wrong. But I still will reimburse him to close this matter.  Sincerely, Lisa [redacted]
