My name is [redacted] and a few months ago I dealt with Jeff [redacted] He went above and beyond my expectations that I had coming into the dealership.he ensured the vehicle was safe not just for myself but for my two children, it fit my budget as a single parent and by doing so my eco friendly care has already saved me an incredible amount of money even with the rising prices of gas! Amazing I know!!! He answered all of my questions and I feel he was completely forth coming about the vehicle history and how it operates as well as the interior features! In my mind he deserves a raise and dinner out!!!:) lol....he was fantastic and patient when I had my children with me for the scotch guarding appointment etc....he offered complimentary water and even better a play area for my children while we waited!!! Video games, crayons, toys, u name it! I was blown away.never seen this in any dealership that I had previously browsed/ window shopped at.I would 100% recommend him!!:) thank u*
[redacted] Had Nott install struts years ago and was told they had a lifetime warranty on them Took my car in weeks ago so they could check the struts and the service department determined they were indeed needing to be replacedService Manager Jordan informed he would check in his system about my warranty and get back to me regarding itweeks later and nothing, no call backLeft voicemail's and messages and no reply what so everDO NOT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME AND CHASING THEM AROUND TO GET THE SERVICE YOU PAID FOR [redacted]
