I purchased a product online from Not Wallpaper My payment was processed through ***l and a confirmation letter of the order was emailed to me (4.24.17) promising the product would ship between 2-business days I never heard from the company again or received my product I tried to contact the company via email ([email protected]) and via the provided phone number ( [redacted] ) MULTIPLE times and never heard back It was not an expensive purchase (only $37), but it is the principal that they are taking people's money and not provided the product or any communication on why the product has not been sent

I ordered their products on the December and as of yet to receive any information about my order I did understand that is was the Holidays and was not expecting it arrive for Christmas I have sent them an email, but have not had any response from them

We waited a long time for back order, china is cranky and things got delayed product was fun and the owners very sweet about the delay WONDERFUL product and fun to use practice before doing the whole wall, worked out great (to the BBC we do not give out our phone number to anyone, you have our email address please use it to verify thank you)

I ordered in April 2017...my CC was charged and have not received anything to date Have called and Emailed with no response I was charged $ This business needs to be reported in CT for taking peoples money and not delivering I'm going to look up the local police department and inquire how to report them

I ordered a product through Notwallpaper.com on January 16, 2016, and never received the productI have emailed them, called them and have not received any resolution or the product
