I have been a member of this snack club for only two months, and also placed one ala cart order during that time. I have not ever received product without contacting them to track it down, and even then the shipping is extremely slow. The website is maddening, very difficult to navigate and hard to gain information from. Now I just want to cancel this recurring membership, and even that option online errors out. So it's necessary to contact customer service to get anything done, and even then they email back some blow off response and then never get back to you. I can't believe that this company is Today show endorsed. I cannot be the only one having these issues, month after month. And the lack of online reviews is quite sketchy. So hopefully leaving this here helps to prevent someone from having the same headache I have had. Give them a try, the snacks are good. If you have any issues like this, don't give them a second chance like I did. I will have to contact my credit card company it looks like to get a refund for product not received. Save yourself the hassle!
