I registered to receive a free receipe book & some other books & services. I DID receive the free book but neither books or services of the other that I ordered. I have been getting charged A$39.98 a month for 6 months plus A$99.75 ( most of this was charged 25/3/23 ). I have spoken to my bank to cancel all payments to this company & I intend to ask for a refund of all money they have taken from my bank account. This is so disappointing.

I didn't think that this company deserved even a 1 star rating but I HAD to give a rating to submit this review..

I received the first merchandise I ordered, Keto Snack Book, but not the second order which I paid $10.68 for shipping. It sounded like a good deal and I wanted to try it! I don't even remember what it was. Can you tell me? On my Visa bill it is listed as A41 Httpswww.Nour WY on May 16. I hope I get it!? If not, I shall report to my credit card company. On 3 occasions money taken out of my account in one day for total amounts of $109.14 without receiving any goods. I live in Australia and trusted this company. They have stolen my money. Total crooks! I don't recommend buying from this company. I will be disputing this amount with my bank and reporting to police and FBI for fraud. I made a purchase and the company agreed via email to refund the $29.99 & $9.99 back as the product was significantly not as described. I have emails stating they would refund in full. I contacted *** and they said no refund had been made. I have attempted to contact the company several times on ***, email and through messenger to be ignored and or blocked.
