To Whom It May Concern: We have received the complaint filed by [redacted] ***We have read her complaint and answer as follows: Ms [redacted] originally traded in her [redacted] on a [redacted] vanThe van experienced some electrical issues during her first month of driving itThe electrical problem was not a problem that the dealership would be able to fix within a timely fashion so we offered Ms [redacted] several vehicles on the lot to replace the [redacted] & CountryShe ultimately chose a ***She drove the [redacted] for two months when a hose came loose, causing the motor to overheat and she continued to drive it hot for many milesThe motor eventually blew upThe dealership was under NO obligation to offer any remedy due to the warranty expiring AND this motor blew up due to driver negligenceWe did offer to pay half of the parts and labor, even though we were not obligated to do so, but Ms [redacted] refused to agree to thatShe gave the vehicle backWe are not willing to negotiate any further with this personShe has been less than desirable to deal with and she clearly refuses to accept her negligence as being the only reason the ***'s motor blew upAll transactions within our dealership are audio and video recorded and I would gladly copy all transactions dealing with Ms [redacted] to aid any further investigationsPlease contact me at the above address if you need further information
