I responded to an ad on Facebook for a free trial of Nouveau Beauty Revitalizing Moisturizer with NO OBLIGATION. Pay only $4.94 shipping/handling. 15 days later my bank alerted me that my credit card was charged $89.94. I do not recognize the pending charge but my bank said I will have to wait until it's posted before I can dispute it. I called the number listed under the vendor. Their agent *** told me that I already passed the 14 days trial period so I am being charged with the full amount. So I told her that there was NO NOTICE nor did I sign or agree to any agreement that would support this obligation. If there was, I would have written it down and cancel before the deadline. I usually do and never fails with these trial products. I am an elderly 70 year old disabled and I cannot afford $89.94. That's my food for two weeks. I am only living off of social security pension. The add only said FREE TRIAL, NO OBLIGATION, JUST PAY FOR SHIPPING/HANDLING. Nothing else was said. Unless they would ADD IT LATER. This is TOTALLY UNFAIR, a SCAM, and outright FRAUD. I called right away on the 15th day, when I got my bank's alert. Agent *** said she can cancel my account and will email me a confirmation but she cannot reverse the charges of $89.94 because it's past 14 days. But I don't even have the product they're sending me for $89.94. Or is that the cost of the small 1 0z / 30 ml trial bottle? OUTRAGEOUS! Please help an old man like me. I just thought it will help my ugly eye bugs. Obviously not. I would rather eat than look good.

Refund I would like the vendor to cancel their charges of $89.94 on my credit card and advise vendor to make EXPLICIT notice to consumers about their trial products and a full charge automatically after 14 days if consumer does not call to cancel. This obligation was never mentioned or it is hidden intentionally or it will be added in later on.
