Nouveau Furniture & Architectural Restoration

Review: Repaired chair was picked up by vendor and I was told it would be repaired and delivered in two weeks. That was on 6/**/14, nearly 2 months ago. They have my chair and $60 deposit and after numerous promises to deliver, vendor continues to reply to phone calls with empty promises to deliver the repaired chair. We have been given specific dates and times that he would deliver and he has yet to do so. Very unprofessional, to say the least!!Desired Settlement: Please deliver our chair!

Review: I had [redacted] the [redacted] of Nouveau Furniture & Architectural Restoration Company do some restoring of furniture last year when he was operating under the name of Old World Refinishing Company. The work was great, so this year I decided to use him again to finish the matching pieces and an end table. He has had these pieces of furniture since the end of June 2014. Lately, as I am trying to arrange delivery of the completed work he has been putting me off. He keeps changing the delivery date and has one excuse after another. I really would like my furniture back as they are the only remaining items I have to remember my mother and aunt.Desired Settlement: I would like to have these pieces of furniture returned to me either completed or not. If they are not completed I would like to be compensated for all the trouble I was caused.
