As you are aware the [redacted] is a very high-tech and complex vehicleWe are not able to accurately diagnose the problem by simply looking at a light on the dash instrument panelDuring your first visit with Andrew N [redacted] we recommended a proper diagnosis be performed for a fee of $to determine the exact problem and needed repairsThis necessitates a Lexus Hybrid Certified Technician connect your vehicle to a computer and view fault codes that were stored during the vehicles actual malfunctionYou declined this process and told Andrew you did not want to spend the moneyAfter the vehicle was towed back to our shop, [redacted] sent out their own technical inspector and then made the decision not to cover the repairsI understand from them they have mailed you a letter detailing the problem and why it was not covered Best regards,Robert P [redacted]

This is exactly my point to Westside Lexus I brought my car last year to meet with a factory level technician, and he suggested to fix itI am telling you that the noise is backTherefore, I am upset and a fool to continue paying for a manufacturer defected car.

Unfortunately, I do not trust Westside Lexus to work on my car without issues - including their collision department They didn't originally know about the product, and I'm kind of leery about someone in the collision department suddenly having knowledge on how to remove and reapply I rechecked the car and looked carefully, the 'scratch' in question is the application of the road rash guard or film from the factory which is in the lower corner of the door; however, we can agree to disagree whether this damage was cause by Westside Lexus It probably doesn't mean anything, but you have lost a valuable customer I am the customer that does anything car related (tires, oil, and anything else maintenance or repair related) whether it's warranty or paid personally.I am tired of arguing about it To satisfy this compliant, I'll take the original offer of $from Robert P*** and use it for the rental car I have to get while I'm out of a car for days during the recoating process from my own detailer (i will pay for the recoat)- unless they're willing to provide a loaner car in addition to the $100, then I'll use it to tip the workers upon receipt of my car That [providing a loaner in addition to the original offer] would actually be very thoughtful of them, but I seriously doubt it would be considered. After, carefully reviewing my options its come to my decision Lexus does not my best interest on the top of their listLast year, a Lexus manufacture technician stated the issue and Westside Lexus did not permanently fix it and I know by meeting with them nothing will changeI will seek Legal action with their Corporate office.

After riding with the customer on 4/15/15, we did not find the sunroof to be operating abnormally.  In our opinion, the vehicle was as quiet as any other.  We would be happy to arrange for a second opinion if needed.
