customer on October 12th and provided the agreed 30% refunds for Nouveau Skin Care of $26.92 and [redacted] Eye Creme for $25.42. Those were processed on October 12th. In light of making sure the customer is satisfied, we have initiated refunds on both products so it is now a 100% refund.
