We apologize to [redacted] for how long it took us to send a statement regarding her attendance at CTC On May 31, we did send an email response to a MsNancy [redacted] at MN West We were not left any transcripts from CTC, but do have some files of which we had to search through thoroughly to find any records of Ms [redacted] , and that takes extra time Had she attended Nova Academy of Cosmetology we do have electronic records that are easily retrieved but unfortunately that was not the caseWe invite [redacted] to come in to either of our locations and receive a service complimentary for her inconvenience

When applying for this school, I enrolled to become a lisenced Nail TechnicianWhen I started they did not have a nail instructor, like they did for the cosmetology studentsI pay the full amount of tuition when I did not receive all the knowledge that the course is supposed to teach youThe CEO of the school is a nice person and some of the other instructors as wellWhile I attended school there, an incident occurred where an instructor *** * *** *** *** was not held accountable for what was said Which I myself feel is very unacceptableI personally feel that if everyone was treated the same with respect it would be a better schoolNo one should have to pay a certain amount of money for schooling if they don't receive the knowledge that the course is supposed to teach
