I am rejecting this response because: I did not want to complain , until AFTER my appraisal was done for I thought they would tamper or change itAgain It was never about the amount of my house valueAnd on the appraisal it said he was here hour I just feel he was rudeAnd very much OVER PAID , I signed it for $and it cost me $That's all And asking for $backThanks

Not much to add to my previous response. I did not call her Sir. She states I said "I mean mam". I DID NOT DO THAT, but even if I did, it seems I corrected it. English is my 4th language. She set up the date and time and did not know that she runs a day care. Also, everybody that knows me can testify that I am the nicest guy you can ever meet. No truth what so ever to me asking her in a mean way. At the end, I am still waiting for a complaint about my appraisal report. Waiting to see anything wrong I did within the report. Waiting on a better comparable. Waiting on her to dispute her estimated market value. If the reasons she is stating are why she is doing this, she would of called the same day to complain, may be the next day or the day after. Not almost a week after the appraisal.Thank you and have a good day

I have employees for years and complaints.I knocked on the door, presented myself provided business card.I asked her to move the kids so I can take a picture.Fannie Freddie do not accept photos with people or religion.Rules. She picked the date & time for inspection.I didn't remove my
shoes as she had shoes on.If that was the real issue, she should have asked me to remove my shoes & I would of gladly done it.I do not remember banging my camera.If that happened, I am sorry for that because I love banging my expensive work camera into walls. Her statement about our conversation is completely incorrect. I never called her Sir. She called me to dispute her value.I talked to her about the appraisal even though I didn't have to.I am sure you as Revdex.com are aware of the newer regulations in regards to no communication with an appraiser except through the AMC.I explained to her how appraisals are done without getting into specifics. When she found out, I know what I am talking about, she started going into the other stuff. I said, those are not the real issues, and told her if you find any mistake in your appraisal, please sent it through the lender and we will take care of it.Never heard from themAlso, I told her, if you find better comparables that I didn't include, please send them to me through the lender and I will reconsider.I finally said, You will not find any better comparables because I perfect every single appraisal.This complaint is a good prof that what I am saying is correct.We complaint about people for not doing their job correctly, not about accidentally banging their camera into a wall, their look, or background.Nothing in this complaint is about the appraisal itself.It takes me over minutes inside alone.Please ask her for a copy of the appraisal which includes a picture of every single corner of her house (It's considered to be good practice to include many photos).Photos alone take me almost minutes

, I signed it for $450.00 and it cost me $650.00. That's all . And asking for $200.00 back. Thanks
