As you can see, neither the packing list or the return/refund forms state there is a 90 day refund policy nor state that my request was declined because it was outside of their return policy. I followed the instructions completely, expecting a refund.

After contacting Revdex.com, I received an email from Ancestry who would then contact Nova. They contacted me to inform me that I would receive my refund by 4pm the following day by FedEx 2-Day. The refund subsequently was deliver to my door the following morning. Before contacting Revdex.com, Ancestry insisted that they could do nothing, that it was Nova who had to issue the refund for software. I was never in contact with Nova, but Ancestry contacted Nova in the end, and I received my refund. Thank you, [redacted]

in assisting further but will need a order number from a previous purchase from her. Without an order number to where she actually purchased from us, it could be any number of reason where a third party is using information that looks as if it is coming from Nova Development.

I have the product sitting in front of me. I can provide photos of the product and the spammed emails.
As this was purchased some time ago I do not have the sales receipt. This is not a proof of purchase problem it is a spam and phishing problem. I can provide the emails being sent to me. I can also ask some of my contacts to print out the emails being sent to them from me .
HGTV Home and Landscape Platinum Suite. by NOVA DEVELOPMENT
The emails are all spamming this product and I am now saving all emails spammed as proof.
The product was purchased through London Drugs . They no longer carry Nova Development products thank goodness. I did inform them of the poor product and email spamming as well.

This is satisfactory for myself. I would like to see this company review its advertising and email practises. Maybe they will start getting more positive reviews. I am happy I will no longer have any contact with this company and I hope others will use Revdex.com to report the unsavory spam practises of this company.

Her refund was credited back to the credit card she used and should reflect back in her account within 2-3 business days. This problem must have bee triggered by the fact that the company said that I had ordered the download version when I had in fact ordered the DVD version and I never received the backup disc. I don't understand why they say I never tried to contact them. I have a copy of the message that I sent which I will keep until the matter is fully resolved. I have used this business many times before and have always been happy with their products which is why I tried to cut them a little slack. It sounds like this was just a misunderstanding. If I do not receive the refund, I will let you know, but it sounds as if things have been resolved and I thank you for your very speedy response in handling this matter. Thank you.
