This letter is to inform you that Dermafy Solutions has never responded to my complaint to settle it. After contacting several agencies, they evidently chose not to dispute my credit card dispute of their charges. The way they handled everything was
rude and left a very bad taste in my mouth. Also the complaint was issued about a year ago in 2015, not 10/24/2016. Thank you for your response
