Similar experience except I didn't try the product because I was shocked at the charges that I didn't sign up for. I asked for a refund and so far they are refusing. Please if you can help me obtain a return authorization and refund for my unopened product, I would appreciate it.

I agreed and ordered a sample for eye and skin care product, a one time deal in my books. What I got was a subscription to a vile cream that when I tried one from the package I agreed upon it gave me a *** rash and burnt the skin under my eyes it was not a quality product at all and can be harmful. My biggest surprise is when I got a surprise charge of $269 dollars on my account which I didn't catch until I received another $279 charge I called my card canceled got the phone number of the company from my bank the *** Customer service agent said she could not find my name or order history in the system she asked my address to look me up again another *** moment I gave it to her she said I was not in the system I would have to call my bank to get the order number. After speaking with the bank the said they would dispute the charges since I had no product it should be a problem to get my money refunded ***. Two days later the ***' skin care products show up at my door upon investigation I found they were shipped they Day I callled the customer service agent to look up my account they could find well they found my address to send me the product so they now could ligamently charge me $600 for the worst product I didn't agree to. I called to return the product they informed me it was against their health code, I threatened to report fraud and contact the Revdex.com is if they did not cancel my subscription and send me email proof. I also asked for RMA number to return this *** product ( on their website it says you can return it ) they refused unless I called with my bank now on hold with they bank
I would like to personally thank Nova Essence *** customer service manager Keisha customer service is number *** and Zack and any other person related to this *** company

Nova Essence advertising misleading. They offer an item for $5.99 and then if your "subscription" is not cancelled (you aren't aware you subscribed), they follow up with a charge of $138.53 on your credit card for absolutely no product, nothing.

Desired Outcome

Requested a refund. Received nothing.

At the time of entering her credit card information, she also agreed to the terms and conditions of the offer which state that if the trial is not cancelled within 14 days, the customer will be enrolled in a membership program and billed monthly. Mrs. contacted customer service on 02/05/2019. Customer service advised of how the program worked and attempted to provide discounts on monthly shipments for the product offered, which Mrs. declined. Customer service proceeded to cancel the subscription in effort to resolve the issue.Regardless of the fact that we disclose the terms of the offer, we want to resolve the customer's request under the circumstances they may have overlooked the terms of the offer. On 02/07/2019 we have refunded the requested charges as requested in the complaint by the customer and they should appear as a credit on the card used account in 7-10 days depending on their card issuer. In summary, the customer has now the requested charges from our company fully refunded. Also, the customer will not receive any more products.We do not want any product returned, they are for the customer to keep and use if they so desire.In addition, we are no longer offering new trials of this product in California nor any other state due to customer feedback.ThanksNova Essence Team

advertised skin cream for less than $6.00 and no where did it mention anything about an ongoing purchase. The receipts were sent to me with the totals I expected and there were no other charges listed. I then got billed with a $277.00 bill for the product I already received. NO WHERE was this stated on their website, advertising, or correspondence. They refused to provide a full refund.

Desired Outcome

Full refund - I did not agree to purchase this product for this amount of money. I *** would NEVER spend $277 on skin cream.

At the time of entering her credit card information, she also agreed to the terms and conditions of the offer which state that if the trial is not cancelled within 14 days, the customer will be enrolled in a membership program and billed monthly. Contact with Customer: This customer phoned our customer service department on February 03, 2019, nearly six months after her original order. Our representative explained how the program works, directing the customer to our website where they may have overlooked the terms displayed about the offer. At the time of ordering, Ms. agreed to the terms and conditions of the offer which state that the trial made on 12/21/2018, if not cancelled within 14 days, the customer will be enrolled in a membership program and billed monthly. We billed the customer per the 14-day trial on 01/05/2019, she called after the charges occurred. Customer Service then did as the customer wished and stopped all future. Since then, we did not hear from the customer, nor bill them for any charges. Solution: Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. We place an emphasized focus on resolving the customer's request, even by having extended call center hours seven days a week. Our agents provide refunds generously and cancel the subscription always if that is what the customer desires.In an effort to resolve this customer's complaint, we have refunded the charge in question in full. On 02/07/2019 we have fully refunded the customers account, the credit will appear on their billing statement within 5-10 business days. We hope this resolves the customer's complaint, but if any more action is needed, please let us know so that we may reach 100% satisfaction with this customer.To summarize, we have refunded all charges for this customer and she will never be billed by our company again. We do not want any product returned, they are for the customer to keep and use if they so desire.Lastly, we are permanently no longer accepting new orders for this product and focusing on servicing our existing customers.ThanksCustomer Support Nova Essence
